Weather risk probability for each work breakdown structure (WBS) and activity

Both human-readable and machine-readable, XML defines a rule set for encoding documents. Integration with construction project schedules and maintenance site schedules enables weather risk probability for each work breakdown structure (WBS) and activity, dependent on the schedule level of detail (LOD).
Lean production programs for look-ahead and weekly production planning
Further, schedule integration via XML enhances Lean production programs and processes: first, for general contractors (GC) and construction managers (CM) in project management with master schedules and phase schedules; and second, for specialty contractors and trade contractors in production management with look-ahead plans, weekly production plans, and progress tracking. During production management, look-ahead planning includes preparing work and establishing constraints, such as probability of schedule impacts and safety risks.
