Capital investment in the offshore wind increased 320%
In the first half of 2020, capital investment in the offshore wind energy industry increased about 320% year-on-year to $35 billion Euros. In lieu of the global pandemic and economic uncertainty, offshore wind is prospering. Further, numerous floating wind sites off the coast of Europe and around the world are operating successfully and generating clean energy.
